Be Bold, Be Electric. Starting our Hyundai Journey

Thats the slogan we are using to launch Hyundai’s latest sedan to the Indonesian market, and its not just any sedan, its a full electric vehicle (EV) that is going head-to-head with Tesla at the fraction of the price.

Hyundai, the South Korean car manufacturer is taking over the local brand sales owner (ATPM) as it proceeds forward with its deal with the Indonesian government. Hyundai is building a factory in Cikarang, but not just any factory.

Hyundai is focusing most of its electric car production to Indonesia in 2021, where the brand will source its nickel lithium from Indonesia. Starting with the IONIQ, the company will launch more fully electric vehicles in Indonesia and exporting it around the globe. I am honored to be appointed and entrusted with the Hyundai brand for their digital and social media campaign, starting with their launch.

Working together with Hyundai’s global appointed media agency Innocean, I will be in-charge of the IONIQ launch, and its whole fleet of vehicles both EV and conventional for 1 year. This is also a great start for Rayu Sapa, the KOL agency firm I’m starting with Sisna in Bogor.
